Repair Policy

Crystal Mall Cellphone Services LTD. and its affiliates, partners, and contractors (CMCS), are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or breach of any data including but not limited to contacts, photos, music, videos, and all other information on your device and account for any reason. It is solely the customer’s responsibility to make a backup copy of any data before bringing the product to CMCS for service.

Due to the nature of electronics repair, any hidden issues may not be identifiable at the time of repair. Therefore, CMCS cannot be held responsible for device that are no longer operational after attempting a repair. By using our services, you release CMCS from all liability related to your device for certain repairs at CMCS’s discretion.

Unless specifically arranged, devices that have not been paid for and/or not picked up after 30 calendar days from the day that any attempt to notify the customer of the repair completion will become property of Crystal Mall Cellphone Services LTD.

CMCS charges a repair attempt fee of $30 for unsuccessful or cancelled repairs. By using our services you agree to the repair attempt fee.

CMCS reserves the right to cancel and/or refuse a repair for any reason.

For Mail-In repairs, the cost of shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer.

In recognition of the relative risks and benefits of the project to both the Customer and CMCS, the risks have been allocated such that the Customer agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to limit the liability of CMCS to the Customer for any and all claims, losses, costs, damages of any nature whatsoever or claims expenses from any cause or causes, including attorneys’ fees and costs and expert witness fees and costs, so that the total aggregate liability of CMCS to the Customer shall not exceed CMCS's total fee for services rendered on this project. It is intended that this limitation apply to any and all liability or cause of action however alleged or arising, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

CMCS reserves the right to add, remove, and modify any and all Policies of CMCS at any time.
Warranty Policy

CMCS offers a 30-calendar day limited warranty on all of our products and services.

The limited warranty does not cover any physical and/or liquid damage, including but not limited to: abuse, neglect, theft, cracked screens, drop damage, crush, bend, other 3rd party repair, or tampering of any kind.

The limited warranty does not cover any devices that uses our liquid damage repair services.
Shipping Policy

The customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs, including but not limited to shipping to CMCS and from CMCS.

In the case of a Mail-In warranty repair, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs, including but not limited to shipping to CMCS and from CMCS.

No other forms of payment are acceptable. CMCS does not take American Express.
